To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, tags attached and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and returned within 14 days of receipt.

Please note we are unable to process any returns that do not have a completed returns form.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We recommend using a signed for postal service or purchasing postal insurance, as we are not responsible for any items that are returned to us or guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 14 working days.
All parcels returned to sender due to the customer entering a invalid/incomplete address at checkout or are unavailable for delivery, the customer will incur the charge of the original postage plus the cost of postage to return the item back to us.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your card issuer, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale/Promotional Items
All sale and promotional items purchased using a discount code are non refundable unless faulty. Online store credit will be issued on sale/promotional items.
Faulty Item Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please note embellished items may lose diamantes/beading after wear or washing, this is the delicate nature of the item and is not deemed faulty.
