Returns

You can return any full price item to us within 7 days of receipt for a refund, we do not currently offer exchanges. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
 
Please note before making a purchase that any item returned will take up to 14 working days to be refunded back to you.
 
All parcels returned to sender due to the customer entering a invalid/incomplete address the customer will incur the charge of the original postage plus the cost of postage to return the item back to us.
 
Please note all returns will incur a £1 transaction fee. This is an administrative fee and will be deducted from the total amount you are refunded.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, tags attached and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and returned within 7 days of receipt.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 working days.


Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.


Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale/Promotional Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale/promotional items purchased using a discount code cannot be refunded or returned.

Faulty Item Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please note embellished items may lose diamantes/beading, this is the delicate nature of the item and is not deemed faulty. If you need to contact us regarding a faulty item, send a email to customerservice@theboutiqueessex.co.uk.


Shipping
To return your product, please send your return to: The Boutique Essex, 160 High Street Epping, Essex CM16 4AQ

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We recommend using a signed for postal service or purchasing postal insurance, as we are not responsible for any items that are returned to us or guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
